As our camp season is in full force with 3 camps this week please continue to pray this vital part of our ministry. We have heard many great testimonies from campers already and we still have 8 more camps this year to go. Please pray for the next camp that I will be attending in College Station , Texas. This is one of our larger camps with about 140 boys from ages 10-17 attending.
As I look at the players that will be coming back to the Rangers organization this year I am very encouraged and excited for the upcoming chapel season. There are a number of last year chapel attendees that have already signed with Hartford and a few new players in New York that have attended chapel on other teams. Having a chaplain in almost every city in the American Hockey League is a great comfort for a player to know that he will have a friend there at all times. A chaplain that will listen and offer guidance in the Word when needed. I am in the process of getting applications for 3 new chaplains for teams and having a Chaplains Conference in Chicago area in late September.
Please continue to pray for chaplains and the upcoming season. Thanks so much for your prayer and financial support. God Bless
